Nothing But Green at The Go Green Expo Los Angeles Print E-mail
Written by Charlene Brown, Editor, Lookin Green Magazine

tesla_roadsterPASADENA, Calif., January 29, 2010 – Green treats, green teas and green t-s, green prints, green rides, green dives, green picks, green rags and green tricks – lets see if Lookin’ Green Magazine found anything not “green” at the recent Go Green Expo in Los Angeles, January 22-24. No chance.

If you weren’t among the 10,000 who throng the convention halls Saturday, you really missed morphing into an eco-rich creature. Forget message in a bottle consider message in your water brought to you by Energetic Interactions, not tap – water with healing and positive love notes trapped in its molecules and released to make your skin beautiful, and yes, you buy this in a bottle.

If you’ve never heard green celebrity and eco-expert Ed Begley Jr., or considered solutions for a sustainable future by environmental consultant John Picard, this year’s expo would have been a good chance to soak up some sound know-hows for your home and office.

If you were a four-legged creature, you would have headed straight to the pooch park, a new venture for the show’s second visit to Los Angeles. Plus, fun for the youthful who made their attempt at the giant wall at the center of the hall.

And, if you were hoping to see California’s Tesla Motors the only all-American electric carmaker, you would have been disappointed, as I was. But not for long, Linda Nicholes, co-founder of Plug In America, graced us with a special display of her own sparkling red Tesla Roadster – the power of the party.

The Los Angeles event was hosted by the Go Green Expo, a travelling exhibition and convention, for innovators and businesses that want to showcase their wares aimed at helping consumers reduce their carbon footprint and adopt alternatives for everyday products and services.
